🚚 Delivery Areas

✅ We Deliver To:

  • England (all areas including remote locations)
  • Scotland (including Highlands and Islands)
  • Wales (all regions)
  • Northern Ireland

We provide completely free shipping to all UK addresses with no minimum order requirements.

❌ Currently Not Available:

  • International shipping (Europe, US, etc.)
  • PO Boxes or BFPO addresses

We work with trusted UK delivery partners to ensure reliable service:

  • DPD/Hermes: Alternative courier services for optimal coverage
  • Local Delivery Services: For remote or hard-to-reach areas

You’ll receive tracking information via email once your box is dispatched.

📍 Address Requirements

✅ Please Provide:

  • Full recipient name
  • Complete street address
  • City/town
  • Correct postcode
  • Mobile number (for delivery updates)

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Delivery to safe place if not home
  • Update address before 5th monthly
  • Check apartment/flat numbers
  • Consider work vs. home delivery

🔄 Address Changes

Need to change your delivery address? Here’s how:

  1. Email us at hello@sidekickbox.co.uk
  2. Changes must be made before the 5th of each month
  3. Include your full name and new complete address
  4. We’ll confirm the change within 24 hours

🎁 Special Delivery Scenarios

Gift Subscriptions

  • Can be delivered to recipient’s address
  • Gift message included with first box
  • Recipient receives their own tracking info

Holiday Periods

  • Delivery may be delayed during Christmas/New Year
  • Alternative dispatch dates communicated in advance
  • No interruption to subscription billing

Missed Deliveries

  • Cards left if no one home
  • Collection from local depot usually available
  • Redelivery can often be arranged
  • Contact us if packages go missing

❓ Delivery FAQs

What if my box arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes! Just go onto your Subbly account where you can pause.

Do you deliver to apartments/flats?

Absolutely! Just ensure your flat number and building name are clearly included.

What about food safety during transit?

All perishable items are carefully packaged and most deliveries arrive within 2-3 days.
