2. Service Description
SidekickBox provides a subscription service delivering curated wellness products including:
- Healthy snacks and supplements
- Self-care and wellness products
- Products specifically chosen for GLP-1 medication users
- Monthly surprise items and brand discoveries
3. Subscription Terms
Subscription Plans
- Standard Box: £20 per month (8-12 products)
- Mini Box: £12 per month (5-7 products)
- Quarterly Prepay: 10% discount when paid in advance
Billing and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly unless prepaid quarterly
- Payment is automatically charged to your chosen payment method
- Sign-ups close on the 5th of each month
- Boxes ship by the 15th of each month
- Failed payments may result in subscription suspension
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellations must be made before the 5th to avoid next month’s charge
- No refunds for partial months or unused subscriptions
- You’ll continue to receive boxes until your paid period ends
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We provide free shipping across the United Kingdom
- Boxes are dispatched by the 15th of each month
- Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days
- You must provide accurate delivery information
- SidekickBox is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses
5. Product Information
- Products are carefully curated but contents vary monthly
- We cannot guarantee specific brands or products
- All products are tested by our team before inclusion
- Allergen information is provided where possible
- Products are suitable for those on GLP-1 medication
6. Health and Safety
Important: Our products are not medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider before trying new supplements or making dietary changes.

- Notify us of any address changes before the monthly cutoff

- Use products responsibly and as directed
- Contact us promptly about any delivery issues
8. Refunds and Returns
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we don’t accept returns
- Refunds are only provided for damaged or defective items
- Report any issues within 7 days of delivery
- Replacement products may be offered at our discretion
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once processed

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our boxes are owned by SidekickBox or our partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
SidekickBox’s liability is limited to the cost of your monthly subscription. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
